Rutgers Law School Holds Free Citizenship Classes For Immigrants
The classes will help legal permanent residents prepare for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services naturalization exam.
NEWARK, NJ — Rutgers Law School will hold a series of free citizenship classes for immigrants starting Monday, June 24.
According to Rutgers Law School, the classes will help legal permanent residents prepare for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services naturalization exam.

The classes take place over six-weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Center for Law and Justice at 123 Washington Street in Newark. Classes start on June 24 and end July 31. The deadline to sign up is Friday, June 21.

Classes are free but participants must register. For more information or to register, email cilpj@law.rutgers.edu or call (973)353-3276. If you miss the deadline to register, contact the law school because there may be room for additional students, organizers said.
