Salvation Army In Newark Needs AmeriCorps Members: How To Sign Up

The AmeriCorps program provides opportunities for people to serve the community. Serving the youth, families, communities and multiple organizations, AmeriCorps allows its members to earn a bi-weekly stipend, earn an education award, and have several professional development opportunities.

Approximately 75,000 Americans across the country join AmeriCorps each year and they serve their communities in different ways. The Salvation Army Newark AmeriCorps members will serve the children and youth through these rough times of remote/online learning as well as social emotional and recreational development.
