Speaking Up for Essex County's Foster Children
Congratulations to our February 2018 class of volunteer advocates!

Last week, on March 28th, fifteen compassionate members of the Essex County community were sworn in as volunteer advocates. These men and women recently completed 30 hours of training to prepare for their role as advocates for Essex County's foster children, where they will speak up for these children in court and in their communities.
CASA for Children of Essex County is incredibly grateful for their dedication to ensuring that Essex County's abused and neglected children have a safe, permanent, loving home and the opportunity to thrive. There are nearly 1,500 children who still need a volunteer advocate - visit www.casaessex.org/volunteer to learn how you can get involved and make a difference in a child's life.
