Stabbing Reported At Newark Barbershop

Newark, NJ – Police are searching for a man who allegedly stabbed the owner of a Newark barbershop, a report says.

The suspect - described as a 5 foot 5 inch black male with a bald head and wearing a grey sweater – allegedly walked into a barber shop on Lyons Avenue near the Pathmark Plaza on Saturday and stabbed the owner several times before fleeing the scene, RLS Media reported.

The victim is expected to make a full recovery, RLS Media stated.
