Update: Authorities ID Mother, 29, and Daughter, 7, Found Dead in Essex County Home.
Pair may have died from carbon monoxide poisoning; No foul play suspected.

Authorities have released the identities of the young mother and daughter who were found dead in an East Orange home on Wednesday morning.
According to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, 29-year-old Octavia Campbell and her daughter, seven-year-old Christiana Campbell, were discovered dead on Wednesday morning at their Dodd Street home in East Orange.
Prosecutors said that Christina’s boyfriend found the pair when he went to check on them after she didn’t answer her phone.

According to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, a preliminary investigation indicated that a utility provider shut off power at the victims’ Dodd Street home on Tuesday, and the victims were using a gas generator without proper ventilation.
There are no signs of foul play or trauma at this time, stated authorities in a release.
