Weather Alert: Delayed Opening At Rutgers Thursday
Rutgers will have a delayed opening Thursday because of the expected snowstorm.
All Rutgers campuses will open at noon because of the snowstorm forecast for Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
All classes scheduled to start before noon are canceled.
