1 Killed In Piscataway Twp. Crash Saturday Night

The fatal crash happened at 1:41 a.m. Sunday on Stelton Road and Mindy Lane:

PISCATAWAY, NJ — There was a fatal crash late Saturday night in Piscataway, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor.

The crash happened at 1:41 a.m. Sunday on Stelton Road and Mindy Lane. When police got there, they located two vehicles that were involved in the crash: A Lexus that struck a utility pole and caught fire, and a Ford Focus that was struck by the Lexus and also caught fire.

The driver of the Ford Focus succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both the driver and passenger of the Lexus were transported to the hospital for treatment.

Police say the Lexus was traveling on Stelton Road when it struck the passenger side of the Ford Focus that was making a left onto Mindy Lane.

Police did not release the name of the deceased driver of the Ford Focus.
