Bound Brook Man Killed In New Brunswick Shooting

The 20-year-old man was shot and killed at 8 p.m. Tuesday​ in the area of Suydam Street and Throop Avenue, said New Brunswick police.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — A 20-year-old Bound Brook man was killed in a shooting in New Brunswick Tuesday night, announced Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and New Brunswick Police Director Anthony Caputo.

Dawson Bey, 20, of Bound Brook, was shot at around 8 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Suydam Street and Throop Avenue, said police. Bey was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Another victim of the same shooting was located at a nearby hospital.
