The expansion comes as treatment-resistant depression affects an estimated 2.8 million Americans, and most patients still don't know that Spravato — the FDA-approved nasal spray form of ketamine — is covered by most commercial and federally funded insurance plans, including Horizon, Cigna, and Aetna. "People come to us after years of trying medications that didn't work for depression, anxiety, PTSD — they're exhausted. They've lost hope," said Michael Langer, founder of Reyou. "What our team has seen across 8,000 treatments is that ketamine doesn't just relieve symptoms — it gets at the root and gives people a window where real change becomes possible. Our job is to make sure that window is maximized for lasting change." Despite growing clinical evidence and FDA approval, access to ketamine-based treatments in NJ remains limited.
