NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Two drivers collided head on in a crash late Saturday night in New Brunswick, according to New Brunswick Police Chief Vincent Sabo.The crash happened at 2:47 a.m. Sunday on Jersey Avenue near Triangle Road. A 2009 Toyota Corolla driven by a 26-year-old New Brunswick man and a 2017 Honda Accord driven by a 25-year-old New Brunswick man collided head on.The Corolla driver was seriously injured and the Honda Accord driver sustained minor injuries. Both drivers were transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and both remain in the hospital.Both cars were traveling on Jersey Avenue when they collided with each other head on, determined New Brunswick Police Officer Edward Bobadilla and Detective James Barnes with the Middlesex County Prosecutor's office. Anyone with information is asked to call Bobadilla at 732-745-5200 or Barnes at 732-745-3437.
