All-State Basketball is having individual basketball instructional for boys and girls this winter at New Brunswick Middle School on Mondays beginning Jan. 9 for five sessions.
The lessons are designed to help players improve their game through private and semi-private training sessions. These intense workouts are for the serious co-ed players wanting to elevate their game. Instructors work closely with each player, parent, and coach to develop and implement training programs that provide measureable results.
Lessons will focus on topics such as how to become a scorer, position-specific offensive moves (perimeter and post), defensive concepts and fundamentals, ball handling and passing, game-like situations through competitive drills and competitive 1-on-1 games.
Single lessons cost $65. Five weeks of 1-hour lessons cost $275. Players registered for a five-private lesson package will receive a free evaluation.
