Fitness Solutions, central New Jersey’s premier kettlebell and movement therapy studio, will host a free open house to showcase their new Premier Training Program SM on Wednesday evening, August 22, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in their North Brunswick studio, conveniently located at 1014 Livingston Avenue, right off Route 1.
“Our Premier Training Program is an effective, fun and economical way to start or enhance any fitness program,” said Mike Rizk, Fitness Solutions owner and head coach. “This seamless workout is equal parts mobility, strength and cardio conducted in a semi-private, highly supportive environment.”
Throughout the Open House, visitors will have an opportunity to see the workout in action, tour the studio and meet the coaches.

The event will also feature a sneak peak of the Studio’s upcoming Premier Nutrition: Fuel for Function SM service. This is a lifestyle-based program that aims to improve digestion, sleep quality, focus, anxiety and energy. Visitors will be able to sample a variety of delicious, whole-food recipes throughout the evening.
