Highland Park Pedestrian Hit By Car Tuesday Morning

A woman was hit just after 9 a.m. at the intersection of Raritan Avenue and North 4th Avenue, said police.

HIGHLAND PARK, NJ — A pedestrian was hit by a car just after 9 a.m. Tuesday in Highland Park, according to Highland Park Police.

Police said the pedestrian was an adult woman, of an unknown age.

She was hit at 9:10 a.m. at the intersection of Raritan Avenue and North 4th Avenue, said police. The pedestrian was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The driver of the vehicle remained on scene.
