Highland Park Police Seek This Car In Jan. 19 Shots Fired
Highland Park Police are looking for this car, seen on a neighbor's home security camera, that is "of interest" in a Jan. 19 shooting.
HIGHLAND PARK, NJ — Patch reported on this series of gunshots fired in Highland Park early in the morning on January 19, an unusual event for the normally quiet Middlesex County town.
Now, on Jan. 26 Highland Park Police released video and still shot images, taken from a neighbor's home security camera, that depicts a car "of interest" in the shooting.
At 6:17 a.m. on Jan. 19 an actor fired six shots at two unoccupied cars that were parked on the 200 block of South Second Ave. There were no injuries reported.

Highland Park Police believe there is no continuing danger to the community as a result of this shooting.
The video attached shows a vehicle "of interest" driving north on South Fourth Avenue.

Detectives are asking that any homeowners or businesses on parallel or adjacent streets review any home security camera footage for suspicious activity or any vehicles possibly matching the vehicle shown.
