July 4th Fireworks 2023 Around New Brunswick

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Independence Day is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on in and around New Brunswick for 2023.

What: New Brunswick fireworks 2023
Independence Day Celebration Food ~ Music ~ Amusements ~ Fireworks!
When: Sunday, July 2, 2023 6:00-9:30 p.m.
Where: Boyd Park, 515 Route 18 North

In the area:

Woodbridge's fireworks will be held on July 3 this year, as always at Alvin P. Williams Memorial Park. Raindate is July 5. Gates open at 4 p.m. Friday, July 3. There will be live music from two bands. No reserved seating and no alcoholic beverages.

What: South Brunswick Independence Day 2023 Celebration
Where: Crossroads South Middle School
When: July 3, 6 p.m. onwards (rain date July 7)

What: North Brunswick Youth Sports festival
Where: 630 US-1, North Brunswick Township
When: July 1 and 4
The 26th Annual North Brunswick Youth Sports Festival is a community and county-wide, family-friendly event supporting North Brunswick Youth Sports. As part of the festival, there will be fireworks on July 4. For more information, click here.

What: East Brunswick Fireworks Spectacular
Where: East Brunswick Community Arts Center
When: July 4, 6 p.m. onwards (rain date July 5)
Enjoy an evening full of summer fun and celebrate Independence Day. There will be live performances, food trucks and games.

What: Edison's 4th of July Fireworks Celebration
Where: Papaianni Park, 100 Municipal Blvd.
When: July 4, 4 p.m. onwards
Celebrate Independence Day with music, food, a beer and wine garden, kiddie zone and more. Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m.

What: Milltown July 4 Celebration
Where: Sadowski Parkway
When: July 4, 6 a.m. onwards
Milltown's July 4 celebrations are quite famous in the state. This year, the borough will once again be home to the fishing derby, 5k race, parade, duck race, pizza eating contest, patriotic house contest, bike contest, music and more. Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. Click here for more details.
