The city’s newest supermarket will open its doors at 7 a.m.
The food store is in the New Brunswick Health and Wellness Plaza, at 100 Kirkpatrick Street, which is owned and managed by the city’s Parking Authority Board.

When city officials announced that Key Food would be coming to New Brunswick, they said the store planned to offer a fresh selection of seafood, meat, poultry, and produce, along with home-delivery service and a food bistro.
It is opening in the space formerly occupied by The Fresh Grocer.

The store will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to midnight on weekends.
