Man, 23, Shot Saturday Night In New Brunswick
The victim and his friends were uncooperative and reluctant to provide information as to how he was shot, said city officials.
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — A 23-year-old Somerset man walked into a New Brunswick hospital at 3:30 a.m. this past Saturday, with a gunshot wound to his left shoulder, according to the city of New Brunwick.
The gunshot was not life threatening.
The victim and his friends were uncooperative and reluctant to provide information as to how he was shot, said city officials. The group also gave conflicting accounts of the shooting, including the location, which ranges from Easton Avenue and Bartlett Street to Hamilton Street towards Franklin Township.

Approximately two hours before this, at about 1 a.m. Sunday, New Brunswick Police had investigated a fight at the corner of Easton Avenue and Hamilton Street, however no reports of gunshots were reported.
