Man Robbed At Gunpoint In New Brunswick, Rutgers Police Say
The victim told police two men approached him on Neilson Street on Saturday, and robbed him at gunpoint. Suspect information is limited.
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Rutgers University Police said a man reported being robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night by two strangers in New Brunswick.
Police said suspect information is limited, and the man was not injured.
The man, who is not affiliated with the university, said two men approached him around 10 p.m. on Neilson Street, between Liberty and Bayard Streets.

One of the men showed a firearm and took "items of value" from him, according to Rutgers Police.
"The victim was not physically injured as a result of this incident and the perpetrators fled the area on Richmond Street towards Route 18," police said.
