Man Tried To Break Into 2 Homes In Highland Park, Police Say

HIGHLAND PARK, NJ — Police in Highland Park are asking the public to widely share these photos, which they say depicts a man suspected of trying to break into several homes last Friday, Feb. 3.

"On Friday, February 3, 2023, at 6:52 p.m., this subject attempted to gain entry to two homes on Highland Avenue," wrote Highland Park Police on Facebook. "The subject was unsuccessful as both homes were locked."

"We are looking for the public's assistance in attempting to identify the subject in the photos. Anyone with information can contact Detective Sean McGraw at (732) 712-2021 or SMcGraw@HPBoro.com. All calls are kept confidential.

Highland Park Police also want to remind all residents and businesses to lock their doors and windows, and to report all suspicious activity.
