Who runs it?: Mike Parla is the owner, and Cassandra Perjesy is the restaurant general manager.

When did you open?: September 1997

What do you do that separates you from your competition?: Clydz features a menu of exotic contemporary American cuisine including items such as antelope, kangaroo, ostrich and python. Traditional menu items such as filet mignon, NY Strip Steak, chicken and duck are also available.

Clydz also features a full bar adorned by fish tanks and fireplaces with an extensive menu (120+) of craft martinis and cocktails.

Clydz is open for lunch: Mon.-Fri. from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Dinner is served Mon.-Thurs. from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. and Fri.-Sat. from 5 p.m.-11 p.m.

The bar is open from 11:30 a.m.-2 a.m. Mon.-Fri.; from 4:30 p.m.- 2 a.m. Saturday and from 7 p.m.- 2 a.m. Sunday.

The bar menu is available every day until 1:30 a.m. Happy Hour is Mon.-Fri.from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. featuring half price drinks & $5 appetizers.
