Middlesex County Police Officers Donate $6K To Children's Hospital

The money was donated by Middlesex County police officers and others through the annual Middlesex County Police Charity Softball tournament.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — On Monday, members of the Middlesex County Police Benevolent Association Local 214 and Superior Officers Associations Local 214 donated a check for $6,260 to the Bristol-Meyers Squibb Children’s Hospital.

That is the children's hospital in New Brunswick that is part of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

The money was donated by Middlesex County police officers and others through their annual Middlesex County Police Charity Softball tournament. This was a softball tournament held September 25, 2021, with teams from various police departments participating.

The unions that presented the money are both made up of detectives and investigators with the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
