MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ — Middlesex County seeks residents’ input on how its services and programs meet the needs of the community.
Participate in the survey by Thursday, April 30, online at middlesexcountynj.gov/communitysurvey. Residents who do not have access to online services may contact 732-745-4230 to participate. The survey will close April 30.

- Older people who get long-term services or other aging services
- People who get community-based services
- People who get mental health or substance use disorder services
- People who get food assistance, including SNAP/Food Stamps, or people who get cash assistance (TANF)
- People who are homeless, or who have unstable housing
- People who are underrepresented, including people who speak a language other than English
