Person Shot In Highland Park Friday Night

As of Monday, Highland Park Police declined to tell the media what exactly the shooting was about, saying they are still investigating.

HIGHLAND PARK, NJ — A person was shot in Highland Park Friday night, Oct. 28, reported police.

The shooting took place at around 8:00 p.m. in the area of South 11th Ave. One person, a resident of Highland Park, was shot but suffered non-life threatening injuries.

As of Monday, Highland Park Police declined to tell the media what exactly the shooting was about, saying they are still investigating.

There was no continuing danger to the community, however, said police.
