Piscataway Liquor Store Sells $40K-Winning Lottery Ticket
The ticket was purchased at MVB Wine & Liquors/Buy Rite Liquors at 1353 Stelton Road in Piscataway:
PISCATAWAY, NJ — A Piscataway liquor store sold a lottery ticket that won a $40,000 prize in the drawing on Friday, Aug. 19.
A winner has not yet been publicly identified. But the ticket was purchased at MVB Wine & Liquors/Buy Rite Liquors at 1353 Stelton Road in Piscataway.
The ticket first won the $10,000 prize but because it had been purchased with the Megaplier option, it multiplied the prize to $40,000.

The winning numbers for the Friday, Aug. 19 drawing were: 12, 18, 24, 46 and 65. The Gold Mega Ball was 3 and the Megaplier Multiplier was 4.
