Jones notes, “As a major pediatric academic medical campus, we transport some of the most seriously ill children here from other hospitals throughout our state. The emergency pediatric transport ambulances are specially equipped to meet these patients’ needs until they can arrive at our children’s hospital to receive the specialized care they require.”
Jones adds, “Given today’s challenging health care environment, we are deeply appreciative of the generous support we receive from philanthropic organizations like the Auxiliary of RWJUH.”
