Super Bowl Host Committee to Visit Rutgers on Saturday

The Huddle Shuttle tour comes to High Point Solutions Stadium prior to Rutgers' game against Cincinnati on Saturday.

The Super Bowl Host Committee is coming to Rutgers University this weekend.

The NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee’s “Join the Huddle” mobile tour, which travels via the “Huddle Shuttle,” visits High Point Solutions Stadium on Saturday prior to the football game between Rutgers and Cincinnati.

The Huddle Shuttle will be at the Athletes Glen from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The game kicks off at noon.

The Huddle Shuttle consists of a replica stadium locker room with memorabilia from the New York Giants, the New York Jets, the Super Bowl and Vince Lombardi. It also has the Vince Lombardi Trophy and a broadcast booth.

Fans can also participate in a host of basic football drills outside the structure.

The Scarlet Knights will wear a specially designed decal from the NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation.

The goal of the Foundation is to transform after-school facilities for youth in New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. It was created as an initiative of the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee.

The Super Bowl will be played in New Jersey for the first time, on Feb. 2, 2014 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
