The Arts This Weekend: 'Rich Girl' Premiere, Irish Tenors

Take in a world premiere play or indulge your Irish side with an Irish Tenors concert.


The George Street Playhouse opened with a world premiere this week, 'Rich Girl,' a play by Victoria Stewart, directed by Michael Bloom.

'Rich Girl', a comedy about women and their relationship to men, mothers and money, runs through April 7. The George Street Playhouse will be holding an opening night performance and reception this Friday, March 15, with other performances on Saturday, March 16, at 8 pm, and a 2 pm matinee and 7 pm evening performance on Sunday, March 17.

The Crossroads Theatre offers "An Afternoon with Walter Mosley" on Sunday, March 17 at 2 pm. Tickets to hear the celebrated author, journalist, novelist, producer and screenwriter are $35. If you're inclined to share brunch with Mosley at noon, tickets are $135 for that.
