NEW MILFORD, NJ — Voters in two New Milford election districts have a polling place change to learn more about before the general election.

According to the Borough of New Milford's voting information resources page, residents in Districts 8 and 9 are now assigned to Berkley Street School instead of the library.

Polls will be open Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to the New Jersey Division of Elections.

B.F. Gibbs School, at 195 Sutton Place, serves Districts 1 and 2. Voting takes place in the all-purpose room/gym.

Residents in Districts 3 and 5 will vote at Louis J. Faller VFW, in the social hall at 267 Madison Avenue.

David E. Owens Middle School, at 470 Marion Avenue, is the designated polling place for District 4. Voting will take place in the library.

Berkley Street School, at 812 Berkley Street, serves Districts 6, 7, 8 and 9, with voting in the all-purpose room/gym.

The borough's website also outlines updated voting instructions.

Voters check in using a KNOWink Poll Pad, verify their information and sign electronically before proceeding to a Dominion Ballot Marking Device to make their selections.

Voters who are unsure of their assigned location can use the New Jersey Division of Elections' polling place search tool. Polling place information is also printed on sample ballots.

The borough reminds voters that mail-in ballots cannot be returned at Election Day polling places.
