Bailey Is New Providence-Berkeley Heights' Pet Of The Week

NEW PROVIDENCE-BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — Meet Bailey! She has been chosen as New Providence-Berkeley Heights Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"We were lucky enough to be able to bring Bailey home 3 years ago! She has brought true joy and great love to our family. She is a 3 year old chocolate Labrador and resides with us at our home on Holmes Oval in New Providence.

She enjoys laying in the sun on our deck, looking out the front window at the squirrels and birds, but her favorite is playing soccer with my daughter Emma and my son Michael. They adore her!

The funniest thing she does is she drags a chewed waffle bat, by her mouth, along our deck railing spindles to make a rat-a-tat clicking noise. It's hilarious!

Her disposition is adoring and sweet as can be. When you approach her she tilts her head and lays down on her side to get a tummy rub; her favorite. Bailey is the most loving and special dog we could ever ask for, and we are blessed each and every day to have her as part of our family."
