The 41st annual Teen Arts Festival was hosted at New Providence High School for two days this past weekend ending Saturday, April 20. This festival provides an opportunity for middle and high school students from Berkeley Heights, Mountainside, Summit and New Providence to show off their artwork, videos and creative writings. The artwork was displayed in the hallways at the high school and this year there were over 800 student entries in the show.
Throughout the event there were students reading their creative writing pieces in the school cafeteria and others performing their vocal and instrumental pieces in the auditorium. Also, on display there were short video presentations made by the students that vistors could watch during the day.
