Cardio Interval at the Berkeley Heights YMCA
Cardio bursts and strength training exercises.
Cardio Interval class combines intervals of cardio bursts and strength training. Exercises and format vary each week using equipment such as weights, tubes, stability balls and step. Challenging class but suitable for all levels. Classes are offered on Wednesdays at 10:30 am - 11:15 am at the Berkeley Heights YMCA, 550 Springfield Avenue, Berkeley Heights, NJ.
