Cancer Recovery Class continues at the Berkeley Heights YMCA

The Berkeley Heights YMCA is committed to providing community programs offering resources and guidance to help maintain and improve physical activity, health and wellness. A new session of the Y’s Cancer Recovery
Wellness Program will start on Tuesday, May 8 at 1:00 pm.

This is a specialexercise program developed for people recovering from cancer surgery, and is taught by Carol Michaels an award winning Cancer Exercise Specialist with more than 14 year’ s experience. Improve your health in a fitness program tailored to fit your individual needs. Improve posture and balance, increase strength,
flexibility and range of motion, while building up your energy level and endurance. Fees for this program are very affordable and Y membership is not required. Classes meet Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
