Former Elizabeth School Board President Marie Munn Scheduled For Sentencing Today

Former Elizabeth Board of Education president, Marie Munn, is scheduled for sentencing today after falsifying information on an application so her children could receive subsidized lunches, according to nj.com.

Munn, 49, was found guilty of theft by deception and tampering with public records after a five-day trial in March, which revealed Munn’s children were able to receive $2,649 worth free lunch benefit that they were actually ineligible for, according to nj.com.
