STRONG is a fitness class that syncs great music to a high calorie burning high intensity interval training workout!

STRONG is a high intensity interval training class designed by the same folks who brought you Zumba, which combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Make no mistake, it's not dance class. You'll be sweating and working hard with every squat, every lunge, every burpee which is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more!
