NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ — Meet Grady! He has been chosen as New Providence-Berkeley Heights Patch's Pet Of The Week.
"For years, we wanted a second dog of this breed. And three years ago, the planets aligned and Grady, our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, came into our lives. He joined the family which included big brother, Tuck, another King Charles Cavalier, 8 years old at the time.
The beginning was rocky to say the least as 'Grades' loves to be the center of attention. There came a mutual understanding: Brittany was Tuck’s human and Grady was mine. Tuck passed recently and Grady was at wit’s end. He is better now — back to his joy-filled antics being the master hunter of birds, squirrels and chipmunks and showing off his athleticism. We are thankful that we are his."
