Winning Jersey Cash 5 Lottery Ticket Sold In Union County

A lottery ticket worth more than $800,000 was sold on Thursday in Union County.

The ticket -- matching all five numbers for the Jersey Cash 5 game -- was purchased at South Street Market, 64 South Street in New Providence.

The top prizewinning ticket, which totals a jackpot of $891,389, was the only one sold that matched all five numbers. The winning numbers were: 07, 19, 35, 41 and 43.

For selling the winning jackpot ticket, the retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000, according to Executive Director Carole Hedinger.

There were also 6,030 other players that won $180,080 in cash prizes in the Thursday drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 152 players won cash prizes of $566 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 5,878 players won $16 each.
