Man Tried To Lure 12-Year-Old Berkeley Heights Girl Into Car
Breaking: The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, late 30's, black slicked back hair, a tattoo on the right side of his neck.

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — A possible child-luring incident occurred near Columbia Middle School in Berkeley Heights on Thursday morning.
A few minutes past 8 a.m., a 12-year old girl was walking to school on the Columbia Avenue cul-de-sac when a man driving a black Nissan-type vehicle bearing unknown NJ license plates approached her, Berkeley Heights Police report.
The vehicle possibly had tinted windows.

The suspect said to the juvenile, "Hey, can I give you a ride to school?"
The juvenile said, "No" and ran away from the vehicle. The man then drove away and there was no further interaction, police reported.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, late 30’s, black slicked back hair, a tattoo on the right side of his neck, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with a Cincinnati Reds emblem.
