All New Providence, Berkeley Heights and Mountainside schools will have a delayed opening Friday, March 1 due to inclement weather.
NEW PROVIDENCE/BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — All New Providence, Berkeley Heights and Mountainside schools will have a delayed opening Friday, March 1 due to inclement weather.
New Providence
The High School and Middle School delayed opening start time is 9:45 a.m. Salt Brook School and Allen W. Roberts School delayed opening start time is 10 a.m. All staff will report to their buildings no later than 9:30 a.m.

The Kindergarten schedule will be 10 a.m. to noon for the a.m. classes and 1 to 3 p.m. for the p.m. classes. The Pre-Kindergarten a.m. class will not meet on delayed opening days. The Pre-K p.m. class will meet at its regularly scheduled time.
All Union County Vocational Technical Schools busing will follow the latest Union County Vocational Technical Schools start time.

Berkeley Heights
Governor Livingston High School will start at 9:50 a.m., Columbia Middle School at 10:10 a.m., and elementary schools at 10:25 a.m.
Mary Kay McMillin Early Childhood Center P.M. Preschool and P.M. Kindergarten will begin at 12: 10 p.m. and Grade 1 at 10:45 a.m. There will be no A.M. Preschool or A.M. Kindergarten.
Mountainside
Governor Livingston students will also have a delayed opening. Buses for all students, including vocational students, will arrive two hours later than normal time.
