NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ — Meet Ozzy! He has been chosen as New Providence-Berkeley Heights Patch's Pet Of The Week.
"I hear that the Patch has a pet of the the week, and I think I’d be a great one. My name is Ozzimus Prime, but everyone calls me Ozzy, and I live in New Providence. I am a blue merle Australian Shepherd, and instead of a wagging tail I have a wigglebutt. I think I’m a model, and I like to photobomb whenever I see a camera. I even have my own Instagram account which you can check out @ozzimusprime.
I am known for my two different colored eyes, which is called heterochromia. David Bowie had it too, which is pretty cool. Many of my breed have different colored eyes. I’m super friendly and if you stop to say hi when I’m walking around town, I may just give you a kiss.

When I’m not busy being cute or doing dog tricks, I’m usually snuggling with my family, pretending to be a lap dog even though I’m actually too big. And shedding all over the place. I’m really good at that."
