Total Body Core Conditioning

Primal Movement Patterns: Pushing, Pulling, Squatting, Rotation, Bending, Lunging, and Gait. The human body was designed to do all of these patterns alone and/or in multiple combination of each type of pattern. You will learn how to move without needing anything else besides your own body. We can and will use weights, but mostly consisting of you against gravity.
