Bike Stolen From Huron Road Home, Police Say
Man with traffic warrant spotted in municipal court, authorities say.

Aug. 15: While on patrol, Officer Michael Catenacci investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle parked beneath the Oakland Shoprite.
A 59-year-old woman resident of Pompton Lakes was located and subsequently arrested after it was discovered that she had an active traffic warrant out for her arrest issued from the Pequannock Municipal Court. The offender was taken into custody, processed, and later turned over to the Pequannock Police Department for final disposition.

Aug. 17: Officer Bart Pagerie investigated a theft complaint made by a Lenape Lane resident. The resident stated that her son’s bicycle was stolen from a residence on Huron Road that was valued at $400. Report taken and matter forwarded to the Detective Bureau.
Aug. 20: Officer Michael Griffin located a 30-year-old man seated in the Oakland Municipal Court who had an active warrant for his arrest issued out of the Union Township Municipal Court. The offender was arrested, processed, and later released on his own recognizance.
