Outdated issues solved!

You need a listing agent and a mortgage lender who can market this program to your potential buyers at your dining room table, in open houses and on line through social media.  It brings more people in your door, where they can envision changing a house they like into a home they love. More people means more potential offers.  That means a quicker closing for YOU.
