Carnival Coming to Town

The following was submitted by the Oakland Public Events Committee:

The Oakland Public Events Committee is happy to announce the Oakland Carnival will be held from June 26-29, 2013 at the Rec field located at Lawlor Drive. Come join us for some great food, fun, rides, along with Games of Chance run by Oakland/Franklin Lakes Rotary Club.

The hours will be as follows:

· Wednesday, June 26            5-10 PM

· Thursday, June 27               5-10 PM

· Friday June 28                     5-11 PM

· Saturday June 29                 4-11 PM (Fireworks night)

$25 wrist bands (unlimited rides), along with single tickets will be available at the ticket booth all four days.  Discounted tickets of 15 for $11 are available at Borough Hall through Wed June 26. 

Fireworks will be on Saturday night from 9:30- 10:00pm. (Rain date Sunday) For safety reasons, the rides will be closed for the duration of the fireworks.
