Cops: Oakland Man Arrested With 50 Bags Of Heroin In Car
Anastasio Kochka, 29, was nervous and unable to remember where he lived, police said.

An Oakland man was arrested in Wayne after police found 50 bags of heroin in the car he was driving late Tuesday night.
Officers Vincent Ricciardelli and David Hoppe were patrolling Route 23 when they pulled a vehicle over with its rear lights out, police said.
The driver, Anastasio Kochka, 29, of Oakland, told police he didn’t have identification on him; he was nervous and unable to remember where he lived, telling police he lived on Valley Road in Wayne and Oakland, authorities said.

Police found 40 bags of heroin stamped “hot shots,” another 10 stamped “black widow,” and a clear plastic bag with raw marijuana in the vehicle.
Kochka was charged with possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, and several motor vehicle summonses.
