"Try the new Caribbean Dance class at the Bergen County YJCC! This class is a unique high energy, low impact experience that electrifies core muscles and takes your workout to the next level. Caribbean dance is fused with African, Cuban and Jamaican dance hall music that works on flexibility and strength. It’s also joyful and exhilarating—and no dance experience is necessary. The fee is $12 per class with a book of 10 classes for $100 for non-members of the YJCC."
