The Valley Hospital offers this yoga class for expectant mothers who can join at any time when classes are available (Tuesdays & Fridays). There is also an evening class from 7:30-8:30pm on Tuesdays. Price includes five classes. Sessions will take place at the Dorothy B. Kraft Center. Please call to register &/or visit the website provided for more information.
