Geared for the serious player looking to improve his or her game, the Y’s Elite Basketball training features the highest level of basketball skills, drills and cardiovascular training. Tuesday & Saturday (8) sessions consist of two hours of intense training for male and female athletes in grades 4-8. Tuesday classes are 6pm-8pm / Saturdays 5pm-7pm.
