Academies at Gerrard Berman Day School has a full day Kindergarten program for students who will be five years old as of 12/31/16 . Our full day Kindergarten builds the foundation for elementary school. The Academies believes in educating our students to become successful Jewish learners and leaders who are ready to take on the challenges of a complex world and make it a better place. As a leading Jewish Day School we provide academic excellence in both general and Judaic studies. The school culture is enhanced through the Franklin Covey Institute's Leader in Me. Our students develop 21st century leadership and life skills and thrive in a culture of empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. The cutting-edge curriculum integrates Literacy, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) with a special emphasis on environmental science and sustainability.
