Oakland Borough Transitions To New Email Addresses: What To Know

The change went into effect earlier this week.

OAKLAND, NJ — The Borough of Oakland is updating its official email addresses for most municipal departments.

Effective Monday, July 13, all borough email addresses—except those for the Police Department—will transition to the @oakland-nj.gov domain. Residents, businesses, and organizations are encouraged to update their records to ensure continued communication with borough offices.

The borough noted that its website www.oakland-nj.org is not affected by the email change and will remain the same.
