Oakland Man Charged With Resisting Arrest Following 911 Call: Police
Joshua Neal, 24, was arrested following a 911 hangup call earlier this month.

OAKLAND, N.J. — A borough man was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction following a 911 call from a Rock Ledge residence July 10.
While on patrol, Officer Luis Gaviria was dispatched to the home after a 911 hangup call was received, said Officer Christian Eldridge.
Two intoxicated people were found and, during the course of the investigation, Joshua Neal, 24, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstruction, Eldridge said.

Neal was processed and later released on his own recognizance, police said.
